Abstract information

EBCnet 2026 - Abstract call for Oral and Poster Presentations

We welcome submissions of abstracts. All abstracts will be accepted for presentation either orally or as a poster. 

• Abstract deadline: April 28th

• Notification date: The end of May

Abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website. Submission by any other means, such as mail or email, will not be accepted. Do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract. A confirmation with the abstract reference code will automatically be sent to the email address provided when submitted. The confirmation will be sent from info@mkon.se. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

Instructions for the authors

1. Abstracts should be written in standard English.
2. Abstracts should be submitted by text input only.
3. Abstract text shall include the following content (no subheadings needed):
• Introduction (background/aims)
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion

4. Please use the abstract template provided on the registration page. The Abstract text should be a single unreferenced paragraph and should not exceed 300 words, except for the title, authors, and affiliations.

5. We will not accept any image or files in the abstract.

Poster presentation

Poster size can be max: width 80 cm x height 120 cm.

Oral presentation

Abstracts selected for Oral presentation will be informed of details on acceptance.
